In today's world, many individuals become enamored with emerging technologies (cloud, big data, mobility, security).
However, the role of technology is to enable and support business, mission and revenue goals. Often, the conversation moves too quickly to tools and quick solutions, without first understanding the true goals and objectives, success criteria and the operational details that will determine likelihood of any solution's success.
David McCue is an experienced "hands-on" executive who has been a senior leader at a Fortune 175 global enterprise, a health care firm, assorted management consultancies as well as had his own small businesses in as diverse areas as general aviation, court reporting and real estate. With background in Professional Services, Government, Healthcare, Technology, Security, and IT Services, David bridges and connects the strategic visions with the realistic details across disciplines, silos and countries necessary to achieve real success.
